This position may act as general support associate to either a assigned Closer, or an Department Manager position. Under minimum supervision, will performs a wide variety of professional administrative, closing and clerical tasks.

JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Loan file set-up review, scrub file for required closing documents.
  • Loan file assignment to Closers per volume/pipeline requirements
  • Completing verifications of employment, per closing timeframes
  • Sending out initial CD documents via Docusign for mortgage closers, then tracking signatures, receipts, and uploading verified CD to closing file
  • Pipeline review and updating with assigned closers, branches, and processors-nationally
  • Working with branch processors and loan officers to review and verify required TRID turn times.

EDUCATION AND SKILLS

Good general communications and written skills. Attention to detail and ability to multi task. Good computer skills not limited to MS Word and Excel. Good typing skills with an accuracy for spelling and proofreading. Professional appearance.
