ABOUT TODD ADELMAN

Todd is very enthusiastic about the mortgage banking industry. He has generated a reputation for maintaining a high level of integrity and keeping the client's needs at the forefront of every decision. He focuses on the entire financial picture and through an in-depth consultation ensures that the mortgage product fits into the overall short and long term financial goals of the client. "Educating the client is my primary focus" says Todd. "A mortgage is usually the single largest investment of an individual's life and it can be a powerful instrument in helping to achieve a client's wealth building objectives." Todd currently earns referrals from the most successful real estate professionals, CPA's and financial planners in the area.

Todd graduated from the University of Colorado in 1993. After spending eight years working in the wireless telecommunication industry in various sales, international marketing and business development positions, he made a career change and joined Premier Mortgage Group in 2001. Todd continues to excel in mortgage banking both in number of loans closed and customer satisfaction, making him a member of Premier's exclusive "President's Club".

Todd currently resides outside of Nederland with his wife Rebecca and daughter Abilene. He is a performing songwriter and enjoys backpacking, cooking, climbing, skiing and fly-fishing.

Dan joined Premier Mortgage Group in July of 2005 after ten years of working in the field of finance and consulting in both start up and large corporate environments. Dan has also earned his MBA from CU Boulder's Leeds School of Business. He leverages his consulting experience as well as his education to listen to your needs, ask the right questions and provide you the information you need. Dan sees educating the buyer as his primary value and believes that “...there's always something more to learn. An educated buyer makes the best decisions for their future.”

Dan is a creative thinker who can examine your situation from all sides and will take the time to explain your options in a simple and understandable way. A mortgage is one of the biggest financial decisions of your life and Dan takes this very seriously. Boulder has been a great fit for Dan since 1993 when relocated from New York. He enjoys the close proximity to the great outdoors and the ease of biking to work that his native New York didn't offer (although he misses the pizza). You'll find him on the slopes every weekend in winter and he knows Boulder as well as he knows the glades at Winter Park.
