From first-time home buyers to savvy real estate investors, Teri's clients seem to echo the same comments about her - "helpful", "knowledgeable", "patient", and "honest". Teri excels at explaining financial matters in a way that is easy to understand, and her approach is all about you. She starts by attentively listening to your situation and then provides honest advice tailored to your specific needs. You will always find her door open to all questions and concerns, and she proactively keeps you informed as your loan is processed.

Teri's favorite aspects of being a mortgage consultant are helping people grow financially and being a resource for them. As a board member for Consumer Credit Counseling Services and a facilitator for Financial Peace University, Teri spends her spare time educating people in her community and church about financial topics. She also was recognized as 2007 Affiliate of the Year by the Fort Collins Board of Realtors.

Teri has spent her life in the American West. She was born in South Dakota, raised in Denver, and then spent 25 years in Northern California before returning to Colorado. She loves being back, and likes to spend her time exploring our beautiful state, hiking, cooking, and hanging out with friends and family.
