ABOUT SCOTT MARTIN

Prior to joining the Mortgage Industry in 1990, Scott worked in the restaurant business, where he learned hands-on about the importance of providing exceptional customer service. He applies that same customer-centered philosophy to fulfilling his clients’ mortgage needs. With the utmost integrity, he believes in doing things the right way and following through on his promises. If Scott says he will do something, then he will. With his unsurpassed knowledge and his creative thinking skills, he knows that if there is a way to get even the hardest loan done, he will find it and make it happen.

Upfront, honest and thorough, Scott believes in asking a lot of questions to find out what is truly important to his clients. He then dedicates himself to finding the right solutions, and he believes that helping his clients achieve their goals is the most important part of the process. He strives to communicate with his clients every step of the way to make their home loan experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. His goal is complete and total customer satisfaction, and he will settle for nothing less.

Well-respected in the local mortgage and real estate communities, Scott serves as an advisor on the Affordable Housing Technical Review Group for the City of Boulder. A Colorado native, he enjoys golfing and skiing. Most of all, he enjoys spending family time with his wife, Peggy, and his son, Sam, and loves coaching Sam’s sports teams.
