ABOUT PAULA CHESS

Born in Boston and graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Paula moved to Northern California and began originating mortgage loans in 1990.  It was early in her career that she was recognized with top honors and President Club awards as a mortgage professional. In 1998, she moved to Colorado with her husband and 2 girls, Brianna and Kayla, to be among the beautiful mountains, fresh air and great people.

Seasoned with experience in mortgage loans, financial services and real estate investments, Paula has armed herself with a solid understanding of the economic and financial markets.  Throughout the years, she has bought, sold, and managed countless investment properties- and helped hundreds of clients in the process.  She knows the issues people face from first time homebuyers to experienced investors with a multitude of properties. Her mission is to make sure you feel informed and confident throughout the entire loan process and Paula works hard to make that process smooth and easy.

Paula knows that being a loan officer means more than just getting her clients a loan- it means being a Trusted Advisor for life. Her clients describe her with words like "positive", "warm" and "fun".  While she keeps a keen eye on the market changes that affect mortgage rates, her approach to working with customers is to listen to their wants and satisfy their needs. She says, “A mortgage is at the center of their financial health and, if structured properly, helps to put all the other pieces of the financial puzzle together. I want to know my clients can sleep well at night knowing they’ve made financially sound choices- that they can pay their bills on time, save for retirement or college education and still have the financial freedom to live their lives comfortably.  What's great about what I do is that I help them finance their home- a sanctuary where they’ll spend their most comfortable hours with family and friends.”
