Ariel began his career in the Mortgage Industry in 1998, after spending seven years in the NFL, playing for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Minnesota Vikings and Detroit Lions. His extensive knowledge of all facets of the mortgage transaction enables him to guide his clients through the home loan process with ease. Ariel’s goal is to make the mortgage aspect of buying a home the smoothest part of the entire experience for his clients. His integrity, expertise and dedication to providing superior customer service have earned him multiple awards for customer service excellence, as well as the trust of and referrals from many of Colorado’s top producing real estate professionals.

Ariel customizes the mortgage process to fit the needs of each of his clients, and he truly takes their interests to heart. He strives to thoroughly understand his client’s unique financial situation, as well as both their short and long term goals. He then applies his astute analytical abilities to tailor a mortgage solution that best meets their needs. He enjoys working with all different types of borrowers and feels privileged that he is able to learn about their lives and help them with such an important part of their financial future.

Born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in Boulder, Ariel earned his degree in Economics from the University of Colorado, where he started for their National Championship football team. In his spare time, he enjoys the great Colorado outdoors, biking and competing in triathlons. He also loves spending time with his wife, Kristen, and their young children, daughter, Sophia, and son, Ryder.

Her approach is to treat her clients with respect and integrity, going the extra mile to ensure their complete satisfaction. She listens attentively to her clients, provides them with options that fit their needs and works through the details to guarantee a successful closing.

A specialist in loans for new home construction, Anita makes what can be a very complicated event, an easy and stress free experience for her clients. Her attention to detail and complete understanding of the process ensure that every step is handled smoothly, from application to closing. Her clients find her organized, efficient, friendly and sincere, a wonderful combination of traits in a Mortgage Consultant.

Originally from Minnesota, Anita attended the University of Minnesota at Moorhead, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interior Design. An avid outdoor enthusiast, she enjoys skiing, camping, scuba diving and sailing.  Most of all, she loves spending time with her wonderful daughter, Jenna.
