Alicia Alpenfels is an experienced professional with over 8 years in the mortgage industry.  Her philosophy is to create clients for life by being a trusted advisor.  Alicia oversees all aspects of the mortgage transaction to ensure a smooth experience and makes certain her clients have been provided all of the information necessary to make well informed decisions.  Alicia knows that a mortgage is one of the biggest financial decisions of your life and takes this very seriously.

During her years in the mortgage industry, Alicia has been involved with the Boulder Area Realtors Associate and was named Affiliate of the Year in 2007.  In addition, she enjoys volunteering at the Boulder Shelter for the Homeless and supports Parenting Place at every opportunity.  Alicia’s specialties include working with first time homebuyers, mortgage insurance programs, CHFA, FHA and VA loan programs.

Born and raised in Boulder, Alicia attended Boulder High School and Texas A&M University where she obtained Bachelor of Science degrees in Horticulture and Sociology.  Alicia spent ten years working with developmentally disabled adults prior to entering the mortgage industry.  She enjoys gardening, hiking, cooking and playing with her husband Darrell and children Ella, Baxter and Cooper.
